My name is Theresa and I'm glad you're here. I have been involved in counseling as a life coach, and couple's therapist, and working with clients since 2009. I have trained in diverse types of therapy, including psychotherapy, emotionally focused therapy, and behavioral therapy.

In our sessions, we will open the doors step by step. We will delve into the past, so that you may realize why you are making the same wrong choices over and over, what triggers you to get involved with the wrong person, why you settle for less than you deserve, or take on everyone else's jobs. We will overcome that behavior. I will help you to find the courage and strength to deal with life's challenges and take steps to bring you clarity and control. There are many things left over from childhood that create negative patterns. I will convince you that you deserve to be happy. No matter what anyone told you in the past that has caused the insecurity that you're dealing with now. You can overcome it.


Venting with me will help you relieve the stress and together we can work on the right way to resolve the issues with your partner. I have helped many people to realize their true potential in life and I have also helped many people who have been struggling with the weight of darkness and overwhelming memories and issues with no one to talk to.
